Complete the form below als early as possible and no later than *June 26, 2022, to be considered as a speaker, moderator panelist for TCME-EXPO. *If you are highly interested in speaking at our event, please complete as soon as possible.

We will notify all no later than July 12st, 2022. If we have selected you to take part in the exciting event. The Creative Minds Expo experience will take place on Saturday, August 27, 2022, Online Virtual Hybrid opportunities start runs between August 25 -28 2022. Please only apply if you will be available for the entire duration of the event.

Speakers, Moderate Panelists receive promotion on our media platforms and website for you being selected to take part in any of these specific roles.

Speakers, Moderate Panelists can also submit small publication that can promote your upcoming participation at The Creative Minds Expo

Please note that exhibitors will receive first consideration. All participants appreciate the opportunity to meet and interact with speakers, panelists, moderator and exhibitors after their sessions to connect and learn more about your brand. Please note that our speaker roles are unpaid for August 2022 summer event, but we make sure that your support and service, and brand, shared with our audiences.

Becoming an exhibitor at TCME-EXPO promotes continuous interactions between you and our participants, gaining the way to promote B2B and goods and services.

For more information regarding exhibiting, please include a note on an online application. We require that speakers complete our online registration for consideration to take part.

Key Objectives

We are looking for speakers who know that their presentation will affect and engage the audience with strategies, stories with authentic content by making the audience interact on another level!

We would love for our audience to have a takeaway message that invites the audience to reflect and think differently or improvements in creativity.

Looking for a presentation speaker who can simplify complex subjects while understanding how to adjust to the current audience at The Creative Minds Expo Experience while getting to the point with the allotted time.

Providing Creative Engagements to our audience by creating a dynamic and interactive session.

Speakers presenting at the conference present their experience, current position and share your business information and how to get in touch with you.

Our team will also connect your profile with provided media sites on our expo page

We encourage all speakers to have material for your audience for future follow up.

A 5 to 10 minute a Q&A is available to you after a talk sessions base on schedule availability.

Participant should follow time allowances for overall best event performance.

Call For Speaker (CFS) Opens January 2022 until Saturday, June 18 2022 CFS Closes

Initial or follow up communication from our team starting Monday, May 1st to June 23, 2022.

Request Updates for Talk Submissions, Call for Presentation (CFP) & Material Submissions starting Saturday, June 11, 2022 through Saturday June 25, 2022.

The 2022 conference speaker participants follow-up status updates and related updates.

The Creative Minds Expo team work with speakers to complete agenda and session by July 3, 2022

The event App activity will “be in full warm up mode” with session updates and chats.

Schedule practice dry run session‌ starting before and after July 18, 2022

Talk Formats

Talk = 25-minute keynote in front of a plenary audience.

Talk = 15-minute “burst” talk designed to highlight a topic/subtopic delivered on a traditional track or session.

Talk = 45-minutes session, including 10 -15 minutes with Q&A

Panel Discussion schedule: a 35-minute session, including 10 -15 minutes audience Q&A

General 15-minute sessions burst mode

General 25-minute sessions.

Extended Panelist 35- 45-minute sessions

Extended 45min 1hr workshop sessions.
